The two-storey Columbus holiday home with a water terrace is in a prime location - right on the idyllic harbor of the Marinapark Scharmützelsee. The 98 m² house was renovated in 2015 inside and outside in a very appealing and high quality. Lovingly and stylishly furnished, it offers the best comfort for up to eight people (6 adults and 2 children).

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a modern, high-quality kitchen that merges into the open living and dining area. The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchair combination, an LCD plasma TV with DVD player and a stereo system. Crackling wood, cozy light and cozy warmth - you can end the beautiful day relaxing by the wood-burning stove in the living area.

You can also enjoy on the furnished wooden terrace, which hovers partly over the water - not only a fantastic view of the water and the marina, but also the sun all day.

And if you want, you can even try your luck fishing directly from the terrace. The bathroom on the ground floor, equipped with electric underfloor heating, a whirlpool, sauna and shower, offers you pure wellness. Upstairs are the second bedroom with a double bed and TV, an open gallery with a seating area, sleeping space for two people and an LCD plasma TV with DVD player, another bathroom and a children's room with two single beds, which is particularly lovingly furnished. Since there is a bathroom on both levels, the holiday home is also ideal for two families who would like to spend their vacation together. Two parking spaces are available at the house. Pets and smoking are not allowed in this holiday home.
