The house is bright and friendly decorated in a Scandinavian style. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with a large dining table, sofa set and fireplace. The open kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter. From the living room there are two accesses to the wooden terrace with a south-easterly orientation, which protrudes above the water surface of the harbor basin. Fishing enthusiasts' hearts beat faster, because you can also fish from the water terrace.

You can enjoy the evening sun on a second spacious terrace directly at the house with a view of the water. Here you can relax in a deck chair and socialize. In the bathroom with whirlpool, sauna and shower, equipped with underfloor heating, you can relax after a long day with outdoor activities.
